Elle Beattie is the founder of Best Mates Media and an internationally recognised Executive Producer who has created, launched, and scaled some of Australia’s most successful podcasts. With over 10,000 hours of radio and podcast content produced – including multiple #1 shows and millions of downloads, Elle has won every major audio media award and was recently named Podcast Thought Leader of the Year by Radio Today.

Having worked with Australia’s leading household brands – including Xero, LinkedIn, and Uber Eats – Elle is sought after for her ability to develop high-impact podcast strategies and deliver world-class content. Her career has spanned some of the country’s most influential podcast networks, giving her deep insight into what makes audiences listen, connect, and stay loyal.

Before founding Best Mates Media, Elle was part of the founding team at Nova Podcasts, where she helped develop, launch and manage the rollout of their new shows. Prior to that, she was an Executive Producer at Mamamia, the largest women’s podcast network in the world, where she launched The Quicky, Mamamia’s first daily news show.

Earlier in her career, Elle was the Executive Producer of some of Australia’s biggest live radio shows.

With her TAE qualification, Elle also runs engaging training sessions for adult learners, helping brands and individuals elevate their audio storytelling skills.
